Mexico Single Origin
Medium roast with chocolate, cinnamon, and green apple notes. Grown by coffee growers in Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico from Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties at 900–1000m, fully washed and sun-dried.
