Brazil Santos

Medium roast with an elegant, smooth cup and cocoa notes. Grown at Fazenda Santa Barbara in Paraná and São Paulo, Brazil, from Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties at 750–1050m elevation, pulped natural and sun-dried.


Colombia

Medium roast with notes of dried orange, berry, and chocolate. Grown by smallholder farmers near Medellín, Antioquia, from Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties at 1300–1500m, fully washed and solar-dried.


Costa Rica

Medium roast with sweet apple, raisin, and honey notes. Grown on micro farms in Alajuela from Caturra and Catuai varieties at 1300–1445m, eco-pulped and sun-dried.


Ethiopia

Medium-light roast with milk chocolate, fruity, and caramel notes. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone from indigenous heirloom cultivars at 1700–1900m, naturally processed and hand-sorted, dried on raised beds.


Honduras

Medium-dark roast with caramel, spice, and brown sugar notes. Grown by 1,500 grower-members of Café Organics Marcala from Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties at 1300–1700m, fully washed and sun-dried.


Tanzania

Medium-light roast with pear, floral, jasmine, and strawberry notes. Grown by a small cooperative in the Mbeya region from Bourbon and Kent varieties at 1200–1900m, fully washed and dried on raised beds.
